Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Faubion families! I hope this letter finds you rested and relaxed after winter break, and warm with family despite this unusual winter weather. It sure has been a wild ride this season! In the math classroom at Faubion, 8th graders have begun a short unit on one-variable statistics, including dot plots, box and whisker plots and histograms. Compacted 7 is working hard to master solving linear equations, and Math 7 has been practicing with variables to begin an algebra unit.

Please continue to encourage your students to complete their weekly homework assignments, review their notebooks and practice online with Prodigy or FrontRow.
